April faves II random II 2016 II Jey

Dear followers,

I totally forgot to blog about my April faves. But I had a look at my insta and realized that all my faves are there. Do you love insta as much as I do? I love scrolling back in time through my own feed. Even though it reminds me of how time flies by so quickly. Yet another year has passed. But oh... I try and appreciate as much as possible.

So here are my April faves (just for my record, as it is already June!) according to insta:

In this cute little OOTD post I am wearing a few of my all time faves:
Jacket :: Faiza
This chanel inspired jacket is more of a cardigan as it has no bottons. I bought it a few years ago in my hometown, in one of my all time favorite shops called `Faiza`. I think the white and black mish mash color with the fake leather black rim is super nice in a combination with bright blue or in general with bright colors. It instantly gives me a feeling of summertime (props because I wore it most of the times in spring and autumn).
Shirt :: H&M
That blue white striped shirt is such a feel good shirt, it has absolutely no shape, and is unflattering oversized. But then paired with a skinny pair of jeans it makes sense, and again the bright colors are very refreshing after a cold hard and long winter.
Shoes :: H&M
The shoes are from H&M. I bought them in a brown and black. The heel has the perfect height. I have no problems whatsoever to walk on them for a longer time. They give a nice shape to the feet also.
Trousers :: H&M
The trousers are also from H&M, very basic, tight, of a thick jean material.
Socks :: monki
The socks, if you pay attention closely are from monki and are from a see through material with white flowers on them. The top and the tips are black. I think they are super sexy if a sock can be. monki has a wide range of those socks, I always imagine to be at a shop in Harajuku, Tokyo, Japan when I´m in there. A little Japan in Germany what more can I ask for?

I wanted to include this photo of the small roses, of which they produce the famous rosewater (the cosmetic tonic water).
This is a handmade necklace of dried roses. I received it as a gift from an old lady. You may pick one and infuse your tea with it.
Nothing but a beauty, <3

Spring is always the best time to start and do your workout outdoors. I´ve been enjoying biking nowadays. Everything else gives me a headache. I like the speed and the distance I cycle around Alster lake here in Hamburg.
My outfit is mostly primark. I think one can find really good workout clothes at primark. This grey trousers are of a beautiful soft and flexible material and it also provides a pocket on the back of the trousers.
I paired it with a small blue trousers which is also from primark (I bought it a long time ago).
The white jacket is also from primark and I happened to buy also a green one this year. I love these workout jackets. They have a beautiful size and are wonderfully light weight. Or no weight at all.
My pink shoes are from adidas and these are the most expensive ones I have ever bought. But these are totally worth it. The sole of the shoe is the best part. Very comfortable.

Tea, tea and tea. I love tea, if you can´t tell. As every famous blogger I know, there´s nothing better than enjoying a good cup of tea.
In this picture you find a nice selection of green tea, I got it from a friend of a friend from Japan.
Kindly a follower of mine translated and helped me with the japanese packaging.
伊藤園 Ito En is a famous maker of the tea🍵お〜い、お茶❢ O〜i, Ocha❢ is the brand name, and it means『Hey, tea』
緑茶 Ryokucha is produced from green tea leaves🌿 that are steamed and dried but not fermented.
ほうじ茶 Hojicha is made by roasting the coarser tea leaves 🌿over charcoal. And this is low in caffeine and tannins(*´ ˘ `*)
plus instructions:
٩(๑>∀<๑)و♡Please extract Hojicha with boiling water🔥and extract Ryokucha with hot water of 80degrees Celsius♨ 度=℃、temperature❢ 秒=seconds, 分=minutes, They mean the time of extraction🍵緑Midori=green, 茶Cha=tea. Please enjoy Japanese taste🗻ヾ(*´∀`*)ノ

if you didn´t know, the green tea is the most vulnerable one. You must pay attention to the instructions of brewing and to the temperature of the water.
It reminds me of that one time, I´ve been sitting in a tea café in London and the waiter, a paissonate tea brewer did his work with such precision and passion, it was a best tea drinking time of my life.

This is a new cup I purchased. I love the transluscent color. It´s a mix of green and blue. I got it from Rewe.

Every month I picked up a new book (I tried). This months read was Lavanya Sankaran "Die Farben der Hoffnung". It had a lot of good critiques. But what drew me to it was the fact that the story takes place in Bangalore, India. I´m a fan of the Indian subcontinent.But to be honest, I couldn´t recommend this book. It is rather easy to read, yet a little too boring for a fast read. I read half and yes I will finish my read but I`m not much enjoying it. Sorry.

That´s it for my monthly faves.
I hope you enjoyed
